Raw Material Preparation
Uses refined cotton as the cellulose source.
Materials are dried, crushed, and screened to ensure fiber uniformity.
Closed feeding system minimizes dust and contamination.
Etherification Workshop
Alkalized cellulose reacts with methyl chloride and propylene oxide in sealed reactors.
Equipped with automated temperature control and stirring systems to ensure safe and uniform reactions.
Neutralization & Washing
Multiple washing stages remove by-products such as salts and residual reagents.
Wastewater is treated through a recycling system for environmental compliance.
Drying Section
Fluidized bed or vacuum dryers reduce moisture to required levels.
Product turns into fine white powder after drying.
Milling & Sieving
Dried HPMC is ground into fine powder and sieved to meet specified mesh sizes (e.g., 80–120 mesh).
Fully automated system ensures consistent particle size.
Packaging & Storage
Automatic packing machines fill moisture-proof bags (typically 25kg).
Finished goods are stored in climate-controlled warehouses awaiting shipment.
Quality Control
In-house lab tests for viscosity, moisture, ash content, and degree of substitution.
COA (Certificate of Analysis) provided for every batch.
